# How to view offboarded employee’s timesheet

### **Timesheet log report**

Go to Report and Analytics.

Click on Timesheet.

Go to the Timesheet log report and select the checkbox for 'Show offboarded employees.' Then, choose the employee's name, plan, and date range.

Click on Show Report.

Users can view the month-wise timesheet data of offboarded employees.

### **Timesheet Status Report** 

Go to HR Dashboard.

Go to the Timesheet Status Report, select the employee, check the 'Offboarded Employee' checkbox, and then click on 'Show Report'.
