## Edit Candidate

Recruiter can choose to edit the candidate details that they have created.

Click on action (3 dot) ![](/files/yHhEm8pmMirSI3fgVwGd)icon and edit candidate.

Make the necessary changes and click **Save.**

## View Candidate History

Recruiter can choose to view the candidate history.

To **view candidate history**

Click on action (3 dot) ![](/files/i02JWhZLv24cLzOqtw48) icon and click on view history.

Recruiter can see the history of **interview details**, **HW test** details and **technical test details.**

## Activity:

Recruiter can see the activity status of candidates in the hiring process.

Recruiter can see the activity of candidate.

## Export

The recruiter can export a file from the job tracker and view all the details in the exported file.

Click on **more** option and select **export.**

## Update view

A recruiter can change the sequence of columns in the update view and select the fields they want to display in the grid.

Click on **more** option and clicks **Update View.**

Select the fields and change the sequence as the recruiter wants, then click on **save**.

The recruiter can view the updated fields and sequence in the grid.

## Search Candidate

The recruiter can search the candidate in the tracker in three ways.

1. From funnel
2. From status filter
3. From free text search

## From funnel:

Recruiter can click on **funnel icon.**

Select the **agency name** and/or **created by** for the data you need, then click on **'search'**.

The recruiter can view the results of the searched data.

## From status filter

Click on **Status filter.**

Select the status for which recruiter want to see results.

## From free text:

The recruiter can search for data using email, mobile number, or candidate name.

To search, click on the search box, enter the text, and then press Enter.

## Contact candidate by email and WhatsApp

Reaching out to a candidate through email and WhatsApp for communication during the recruitment process. Email for formal messages, and WhatsApp for more casual and real-time conversations.

Go to the tracker and click on the **WhatsApp** icon, it will open the WhatsApp webpage, and recruiter can chat on WhatsApp with candidate.

Go to the tracker and click on the **email**, it will open the email window, and recruiter can send email to candidate.

## Change Column Sequences

Adjusting the order of columns in a table.

Recruiters can change the sequence of column by dragging the column names.

Go to tracker and change the column sequence.
