# Opportunity

## Create and Manage Opportunity

QuickAppFlow allows you to create opportunities in the following ways:

1. Convert the lead into an opportunity
2. Add opportunity individually
3. Import opportunity

## Convert the Lead into Opportunity

To convert lead

Go to **Sales** and click on **Leads**

Hover the mouse on the lead and click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots) ![](/files/E1g35psC7A2sNGfusHws) for the record that you would like to convert, then click the **convert** button

You need to select **pipeline**, **stage** and **move this lead to the stage**, where you want to move in opportunity and click on the **Convert** button

A new **Opportunity** is added to the **Top**

## Add opportunity individually

Click on **+ Opportunity** and select **+New Customer**

Enter the details in the **Add Opportunity** page and **Save**

A new **Opportunity** is added at the top

## Import opportunity

When you have a huge list of contacts in a spreadsheet and you would like to add them as **Opportunities** in your system, you can import the file and they will be added as Opportunities.

1. In opportunity, go to the **More** option and click on the **Import** **New Customer** button

You can **Download Template** in xlsx format

Make Sure you fill up all **Required Fields** data while importing data

Click on **Upload bulk data** to upload your Opportunity list

After uploading Opportunities in xlsx file format. You can see imported opportunities in the opportunity list

## View Opportunity Details

You can choose to view the opportunity that you have created.

To view opportunity

Click on the **opportunity** title for the record that you would like to view

You can see all the details of the **Opportunity**

## View Opportunity in Different Pipeline

You can view the opportunity you selected different pipelines.

To view opportunities in different pipeline

In **Opportunity** click on the **Pipeline** dropdown
