Route Plan

In the route plan, admin can check the weekly plan added by all sales representatives for the assigned routes

In CRM, to check the route plan of sales representatives, select Field Sales and click on Route Plan

In the route plan, select the date in the date navigator and check the sales agent and his weekly plan

Change the route

Admin can change the route plan for a sales representative

To change a route plan for a sales representative, select the date and click on the route

On the appeared page click on the cross to remove the route

Select the route from the list and click on save

The changed route will be added to the route plan for a sales representative
