# Quotation

## Create and Manage Quotation

You can add a quotation to the opportunity

To add quotation

Go to **Sales** and click on **Opportunity** &#x20;

Click on the opportunity title to see all the **details**

Inside the details page, click on the **other** tab

On this page, click on **+Quotation** to add quotation details

Add all the details and **save** the form

Your quotation will get added in **Quotation Details**

## View Quotation

To view the Quotation

Go to **Opportunity** **Details**

Click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots) ![](/files/d3KStA7vxpXwPVrRxQ60) in **quotation details** for the quotation that you would like to view and click the **View** button

You can see all the details of your quotation. Here you can **Download/Print** **quotation details** and share on **WhatsApp**

## Edit Quotation

To view the Quotation

Go to **Opportunity** **Details**

Click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots) ![](/files/2Rrv1HcuEQEdz7A3Qld6) in quotation details for the quotation which you would like to edit and click the **Edit** button

Add all the details and **Save**

## Delete Quotation

To delete the Quotation

&#x20;Click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots) ![](/files/8jjHhL9B61DsMqKU36pR) in quotation details for the quotation that you would like to delete and click the **Delete** button

Give your confirmation in the popup and the record will be deleted
