Resource Utilization

Go to Project Utilization.

Project Leader can see all resources utilization in project utilization report.

Project utilization is calculated based on the assigned task category and the number of hours worked (no of hours worked/no of hours allocated x 100).

If utilization is more than 75%, it will be shown in a green color.

If utilization is 100%, it will be shown in red color.

If the assigned category type is Billable, then utilization will be calculated. If the category type is Non-Billable, it will be shown as 0.

Total utilization will be shown at the top of the row.
