# Upload documents

The recruiter can perform the '**Upload documents'** action for a single candidate or multiple candidates at a time, and a pop-up appears.

If the recruiter selects the submission date and clicks **'yes,'** the system sends an 'upload documents' notification email to the candidate with portal URL, and an action-performed email notification is sent to the recruiter. candidate is able to open link from email and upload documents.
