Today Plan

A site visit to place a product order involves a sales representative or a sales team visiting a customer's location or business premises to facilitate the process of placing an order for products.

Site Visit

To start a site visit, the user needs to check in.

Without a check in the user will not be able to start a site visit and take direct order.

Login in the QAF app

A pop up will appear, give your conformation on device location access page

In apps click on the Attendance

In attendance page click on check in

As the timer starts, go to apps and click on Field Sales

In field sales click on the hamburger/3 horizontal lines

To start a Site Visit, click on Toady Plan

In Today Plan, click on Route

Select your Route from the Route List

As you select the route you will find the list of customers associated with the selected route. Find your customer in the list where you want to start the Visit

To select the user who will work with the sales representative, click on Working with

Select the user from the given list

Select the customer in the search bar where you want to start the site visit, and the customer will appear in the list

In the Customer list for each customer, you will find four Icons

Click on the Phone icon to call the customer

You will be able to call the Customer

Click on the Location icon to check the customer's location

You can check the Customer Location

Click on the Arrow icon to start the site visit for the customer

In the visit detail page, you can start the visit

Click on the View to check the visit details

In the visit details page, you can check all the details of the customer

Site Visit

To start a site visit, Click on the Arrow icon

In the Visit detail page click on Start Visit to start the visit

Give your confirmation on the device location access page

As you permit location access your visit will start and the End Visit button will be enabled

Remark

Click on the Remark tab and add all the details in Remark, including the call note and next order date

Order

Click on the Order tab to add the product. If the order is fulfilled by the company, then select the Company in Fulfilled by and click on +Product

If the order is fulfilled by the distributor, then select Distributor.

A list of distributors will appear

Select a distributor from the list and click on +Product

A pop-up will appear. Here, select the product

Select the product quantity. If you want to offer a discount on the list price then you can add it in the Offer price section. Fill in all the details and click on +Product

You will get a confirmation message that the product has been added, and the product will be added to the list

If you want to update/edit the added product, click on the Edit Button

Update the product and click on Update

You will get a product update confirmation message and the product will be updated

To delete the product, click on the delete button

Give the confirmation in the pop-up and the product will be deleted

Scheme

In the scheme, you can check which product has been added to the scheme. If a product is not added to the scheme, it will show No scheme

When an added product is in any scheme it will show in the Scheme tab

In scheme, click on the apply icon to apply the scheme

A green label will appear with the Applied

To check all the details of the applied scheme, click on the View icon

You can check all the details of the applied scheme

To delete the applied scheme, click on the delete icon, the applied scheme will be deleted

Survey

In the survey tab, add all the replies to the given survey questions

Photo

In the Photo tab click on the Photo icon to add site visit’s photo

Capture the photo and a pop-up will show the message “Your file has been successfully uploaded.” Then click on Ok

Your photo will be added to the photo tab

To download the photo, click on the photo link, the photo will be downloaded

and the file download successful message will be shown

To Delete the photo, click on the Delete icon, the photo will be deleted

Stock

If the customer is included in the distributor category, then in the stock tab, you can update or manage the customer inventory for your next site visit (The stock button will not be visible for the customer included in the retailer category)

Click on the select product and then quantity to add the product and quantity

As you add product and quantity, the update stock button will be enabled.

Click on the update stock button to update the selected product stock/inventory

The product will be added to the inventory for that customer.

If the customer wants to change the quantity for the updated stock for the same date, then the user can add that product and quantity, the newly added quantity will be replaced with the older one

Detail

In the detail tab, you can check all the added site visit details

In the Detail tab click on the phone icon to call the customer

In the Details tab, click on the location icon to view the customer's location

To end the site visit, click on the End visit and the button will be disabled and the Edit site visit button will be enabled.

To edit the site visit, click on the edit button

Add the edit reason and Save

A pop-up will appear, add the product

Check the added product in the list

After the end of the site visit in Today plan there will be a green checkbox before the ended site visit
