# Shortlist

The recruiter can shortlist one or multiple candidates at a time for a particular job post.

When the recruiter clicks on the ‘Shortlist’ action then pop up appears.

The recruiter click on yes then an email notification is sent to the candidate and the recruiter.

Status in the tracker is updated as **' Shortlisted,**' and a task activity is added as a '**Candidate is Shortlisted.'**
