# AI Stages

**AI Workflows** in QuickAppFlow allow you to automate decisions, classifications, and content generation using built-in AI capabilities—without writing code. These workflows process data from forms, emails, messages, or files and apply AI at various stages to analyze, decide, extract, or respond intelligently.
