# WhatsApp Campaign

User can create a WhatsApp campaign in CRM

To create a WhatsApp campaign

Go to CRM

In CRM click on the Marketing and go to Campaign

On the campaign page click on the +Campaign to create a new campaign

Add the campaign name and select the template from the list as per the requirement

View the added template

Go to send

On this page select the entity and the CRM list for which a WhatsApp campaign will be execute.

In estimate recipient user can check the total no. of recipient

Click on the Save, a pop up will show, click on the Ok and a WhatsApp campaign will be saved in the list of campaign with the status draft

User can execute the campaign after saving the campaign, click on the send to execute the campaign

To execute the draft of a campaign click on edit option

Click on the send to execute the campaign

A confirmation pop up will show, click on the ok and the campaign will be executed

Once the campaign executed user cannot edit the campaign but delete it
