Schedule Interview

Recruiters conduct multiple interview rounds, i.e. interview round 1, interview round 2, interview round 3, etc.

When recruiter click on ‘Schedule Interview – Round 1’ action then pop up is appeared.

If a recruiter selects a single candidate to schedule interview round, they need to choose the interview mode, meeting URL, scheduled time, contact person, and interviewer, and then click on 'Yes.'

If a recruiter selects multiple candidates to schedule interview based on the next availability date, they need to choose the interview mode, meeting URL, contact person, and interviewer. Afterward, click on 'Yes'. If next availability date is added, the interview is scheduled; otherwise, it is not scheduled.

When interview round is scheduled, The system sends email notifications to the candidate, sends an action-performed email to the recruiter, Updates the status in the tracker as 'Round-1/2/3 Scheduled,' and activity is added as a Scheduled Interview Round 1/2/3'.

After scheduling the interview round, the request is assigned to the interviewer and a notification is sent to the candidate and interviewer, Interviewer is able to fill out feedback when he clicks on the feedback link.

Recruiter can see the feedback from view history, click on action (3 dots) and click on view history.

Recruiters see the all interviews round feedback.

If the interviewer selects the candidate for this round and approves the request, the status change to 'Round-1/2/3 passed' in the tracker, The system sends email notifications to the recruiter and the candidate, and a task activity is added as a 'Interview round 1/2/3 passed’.

If the interviewer rejects the candidate for this round and approves the request, the status change to ‘Round-1/2/3 failed’ in the tracker, The system sends email notifications to the recruiter and the candidate, and a task activity is added as a 'Interview round 1/2/3 failed’.

If the interviewer holds the candidate for this round and approves the request, the status change to ‘Round-1/2/3 hold’ in the tracker, The system sends email notifications to the recruiter and the candidate, and a task activity is added as a 'Candidate is on hold for round 1/2/3’.

After scheduling the interview for round 1, the interviewer is able to fill out feedback including the CAS (Candidate Assessment Skill), Non-negotiable, and HR checklist when clicking on the feedback link. However, only the interviewer for round 1 fills out the HR checklist and Non-negotiable. Interviewers for rounds 2 and 3 are not able to fill out the Non-negotiable and HR checklist.

Go to share your feedback tab and fill out skill assessments.

Click on + Checklist.

Fill up checklist feedback and click on save.

Click on + Negotiable.

Fill out details and click on save.

After fill out the CAS, non negotiable and Checklist feedback, click on submit.

Interviewers can update feedback and submit it again before the request is approved. Once the request is approved, interviewers are not able to reopen the feedback link.

Interviewer see the previous round feedback in previous feedback tab.
