# Lead

## Create Lead

Go to **Sales** and click on **Leads**

Click on the **+Lead button** and select **+New Customer.**

Enter the details in the **Create Lead** page and click on the **Save** button

A new **Lead** is added at the top&#x20;

## Import Leads

When you have a huge list of Leads in a spreadsheet and you would like to add them as Leads in your system, you can import the file and they will be added as Leads. Go to the **More** option and click on the **Import** **New Customer** button

You can **Download Template** in xlsx format&#x20;

Make Sure you fill up all **Required fields** while importing data.

1. Click on **Upload bulk data** to upload your Leads list

After uploading leads in xlsx file format. You can see imported leads in the lead list

## Edit Lead

You can choose to edit the lead that you have created.

To edit Lead,

Click on the Action (3 vertical dots) ![](https://531923687-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FnhvnNmu6p9CSODwQTjgf%2Fuploads%2FXLpGkAOQwIbXPUjredQ0%2F10.png?alt=media) for the record that you would like to edit and click the **Edit** button

Make the necessary changes and click on **Save**

## Delete Lead

Leads once added can be deleted if no longer necessary

To delete Lead

Click on the Action (3 vertical dots) ![](https://531923687-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FnhvnNmu6p9CSODwQTjgf%2Fuploads%2FM76IeoHnxRQwXqWbnUPi%2F13.png?alt=media) for the record that you would like to delete and click the **Delete** button

Give your confirmation in the popup and the record will be deleted

## View Lead Details

You can choose to view the lead that you have created.

To view lead

Click on the lead title for the record that you would like to view

## View Lead in Different Pipelines

You can view the lead that you selected in different pipelines.

To view leads in different pipeline

Click on **Pipeline** dropdown
