Go to Sales and click on Leads
Click on the +Lead button and select +New Customer.
Enter the details in the Create Lead page and click on the Save button
A new Lead is added at the top
When you have a huge list of Leads in a spreadsheet and you would like to add them as Leads in your system, you can import the file and they will be added as Leads. Go to the More option and click on the Import New Customer button
You can Download Template in xlsx format
Make Sure you fill up all Required fields while importing data.
Click on Upload bulk data to upload your Leads list
After uploading leads in xlsx file format. You can see imported leads in the lead list
You can choose to edit the lead that you have created.
To edit Lead,
Make the necessary changes and click on Save
Leads once added can be deleted if no longer necessary
To delete Lead
Give your confirmation in the popup and the record will be deleted
You can choose to view the lead that you have created.
To view lead
Click on the lead title for the record that you would like to view
You can see all the details of the leads
You can view the lead that you selected in different pipelines.
To view leads in different pipeline
Click on Pipeline dropdown
Select other pipeline
You can view different pipeline leads
Click on the Action (3 vertical dots) for the record that you would like to edit and click the Edit button
Click on the Action (3 vertical dots) for the record that you would like to delete and click the Delete button
