Go to Appraisal.
Go to My Team Performance.
Second level manager can see his second level reportee's pending appraisal under “Pending Appraisal”.
To give second level manager feedback, make sure employee feedback and first level manager feedback is completed.
To give reportee feedback, click on Employee name.
In “Objective Detail” section manager needs to give feedback based on KRA.
The second level manager needs to give a rating based on the competencies that the employee exhibited last year.
The second level manger can view answers of the questions which is given by employee in last section.
Second level manager needs to give overall feedback and click on “Submit”
Once second level manager submit feedback, status change to “second level feedback completed” and it will see under “Appraisal History”.
