# Quickbook Test

Create Quickbook Test:

When the recruiter performs the **'Quickbook test’** action, a popup should appear

The recruiter needs to select the interview mode, meeting URL, and interviewer, and then click on 'Save'. If next availability date is added, the interview is scheduled in bulk; otherwise, it is not scheduled.

When quickbook test round is scheduled, a notification is sent to the candidate, status in the tracker is updated as **'QB test scheduled,**' and a task activity is added

After scheduling the quickbook test, the request is assigned to the interviewer and a notification is sent to the interviewer. Interviewer select the interview status and upload **Quickbook feedback report**.

If the interviewer **selects** the candidate for this round and approves the request, the status change to **QB test passed** in the tracker, sent email notification to the candidate and recruiter and a task activity is added.

If the interviewer **rejects** the candidate for this round and approves the request, the status change to **QB test failed** in the tracker, sent email notification to the recruiter and candidate and a task activity is added.
