Configure SMS Campaign

Configuring an SMS (Short Message Service) campaign involves setting up and organizing all the necessary components to execute a targeted and effective SMS marketing campaign.

Create SMS

Go to Marketing and click on SMS

Click on + New SMS Button

User can configure two types of SMS i.e. Instant and scheduled

To Instant type of SMS

Click on type dropdown and select Instant type

For Schedule SMS: You need to add schedule date and time

Click on Source Entity field and select the source entity, those who you want to send the SMS

Click on next button then jump to next tab i.e. Configure target and SMS

Configure Target and SMS

Click on Configure Condition

Select city of employee whose you want to send SMS

Click on Ok button

Click on configure button

Enter the all details You want to send and click on OK button

Click on Update button

You can view SMS preview in Preview and Send tab

When click on send button SMS will be Sent

Before sending a SMS, the SMS is on a draft mode, You can see when select Draft option

After sending Instant SMS, The SMS is on executed mode, You can see when select Executed option

After sending scheduled SMS, The SMS is on scheduled mode, you can see when select Scheduled option

After archived a SMS, you can see when select Archived option

If you want to Archive SMS, then click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots) and select archive option

Click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots) for the email which you would like to delete and click the Delete button
