Onboarding Process
The onboarding process, often referred to as employee onboarding or new hire onboarding, is the systematic and comprehensive procedure that an organization follows to integrate new employees.
Add Offer
You can give job offer to candidates
Go to Offered Candidate
Click on +New button to add offer
Enter all details of candidate and offered post and click on Save button
A New Job Offer added at the top
Click on Candidate Name to view details
Details of candidate and his onboarding task is shown details page
Configure Onboarding Task
You can create onboarding task and assign that task to individual or any team. You can assign due date On joining date, Before joining date or After joining date
Go to Task Config
Click on +Task button to add new task
Enter all details of task and click o Save button
A New task added at the top
Edit Onboarding Task
You can choose to edit the onboarding task that you have created.
To edit onboarding task
Make the necessary changes and click Save
Delete Onboarding Task
Onboarding Task once added can be deleted if no longer necessary
To delete onboarding task
Give your confirmation in the popup and the record will be deleted
View Onboarding Task
You can choose to view the onboarding task that you have created.

You can see all details of onboarding task
