Form Designer

Go to Repository.

Click on “Add Repository”.

There are four type of template to create form.

• Generic Repository

• Helpdesk Ticket

• Survey

• Field Ticket

  

Generic Repository

Enter Title, description and select template as “Generic Repository”.

You can add name of the section.
