Auto Escalate

Auto-escalate in a workflow refers to a process where tasks or issues that aren't addressed within a predefined timeframe are automatically escalated to a higher level of authority or a different team for further action.

Click on “Action” and select “Auto Escalate”.

Enter details and save them.
