Set Objective and Employee Self Rating.

How employee fill up the KRAs

Go to Appraisal.

Go to My Performance.

Click on three dots and choose edit.

After click on edit employee can see his/her name and appraisal cycle period.

Employee can specify KRA details here and click on save icon.

If an employee wants to add more than one KRA, please click on 'Add New Objective'.

Once the KRA set click on submit button.

Once the employee submits the KRA status change from 'Draft' to 'Goal Created'.

How employee will submit the feedback

Once the KRA is set, employee is able to give feedback.

Click on Appraisal date.

In first section, the employee can see his/her employment details.

In second section, the employee can give feedback based on objective.

In third section, the employee can give rating against the competencies that they exhibited last year.

In last section, the employee needs to give answer based on given question.

Once the employee fills up feedback they need to click on submit button to submit feedback.

Once employee give feedback, the status change to Self rating completed.

Employee can see manager’s feedback once manager feedback is completed and appraisal cycle will end.
