# Instant Workflow

The **Instant Workflow** in QuickAppFlow is designed to execute automation immediately when triggered manually by a user. It does not rely on scheduled intervals or external triggers. This type of workflow is ideal for quick, one-click actions such as sending emails, updating records, generating AI summaries, or processing data instantly.
