Employee Performance-Manager Rating

How manager will give his rating

Go to Appraisal.

Go to My Team Performance.

A manager can see the pending appraisals of their reportees once the employees have completed their self-ratings.

To give manager feedback, make sure employee feedback is completed.

To give reportee feedback, click on Employee name.

In “Objective Detail” section manager needs to give feedback based on KRA.

Manager needs to give a rating based on the competencies that the employee exhibited last year.

Manger can view answers of the questions which is given by employee in last section.

Manager needs to give overall feedback and click on “Submit”

Once manager submit feedback, status change to “Manager feedback completed” and it will see under “Appraisal History”.
