Announcement

To declare any information for sales representatives, there is an announcement. In announcement, admin can add and check all the announcements added by all the sales representatives.

Add Announcement

In CRM, Select Field Sales and click on Setting

In the setting, select the Announcement and click on + Announcement to add a new announcement for site visit

Add the details and save

A new Announcement will be added at the top

View Announcement

You can choose to view the Announcement that you have added

In the Announcement, click on the Actions (3 vertical dots) and select the View button

You can view all the details of the added Announcement

Edit Announcement

In the Announcement, click on the Actions (3 vertical dots) and select the Edit button

Edit the Announcement and Save

Delete Announcement

In the Announcement, click on Actions (3 vertical dots) and select the Delete button

Give your confirmation in the popup and the area will be deleted
