To Raise Out Duty Request

To log in to the desktop, enter your username and password

Go to **E-Helpdesk** App.

Click on **Services**.

Click on **Out Duty Request**.

Fill out all details and **save** it.

Raised Request shows in **My Tickets**.

Go to **My Ticket** menu.
