Candidate Portal

A candidate portal is an online tool for job applicants to submit applications, track their status, and communicate with recruiters during the hiring process

After performing the 'Create HW test' action, System send email notification to the candidate with the login URL, and job post details.

When candidate click on URL, the candidate redirected to the candidate portal.

The test templates depend on job role. There are different templates for different job roles.

Candidate can see the HW test template, download it, and fill out the test and upload the HW test paper before target date expires.

To upload the test papers click on Upload Papers.

When a candidate clicks the 'Upload Papers' button, a popup appears, enabling the candidate to select the handwritten test paper for uploading in PDF format.

After uploading test papers click on Save.

After clicking on save, the remove submission button appears.

Candidate can remove the submitted test papers by clicking on Remove submission button.

When the candidate clicks on the Remove submission button, it disappears, allowing the candidate to upload the handwritten test papers again by clicking on Upload Papers.

The 'Remove Submission' button will be visible until the expiration date. After the expiration date and once the examiner has submitted feedback, it will no longer be displayed.

My Profile

A candidate can view the details by clicking on My Profile.

Candidate can view terms and conditions.

Candidate can edit their details by clicking on Edit.

After clicking on Edit, a popup will appear to edit the details.

After editing the details, click on Save button to save the changes.

Candidate can view the details, by clicking on View.

After clicking on view, a popup will appear where candidate can view the details.

Candidate can click on Cancel button within the popup to return back.

Candidate can Scroll down to add education details, by clicking on +New Record.

After clicking on +New Record, a popup will appear to fill the education details.

After filling out the details, click on Save to save the changes.

Candidate can edit the education details by selecting the checkbox.

Candidate can edit the details by clicking on Edit button.

After clicking on Edit button, a popup appears to edit the details.

Candidate can the delete the record by clicking on Delete button.

After clicking on Delete button, a popup appears. After clicking on Confirm button, the record will be deleted.

Candidate can upload the documents, including resignation, by clicking on +New Record.

After filling out the details, click on Save to save the changes.

Candidate can edit the documents, by selecting the checkbox.

After clicking on checkbox, click on Edit button.

After clicking on Edit button, a popup appears to edit the details.

Click on Save button to save the changes.

Candidate can delete the documents by clicking on the checkbox.

After selecting the checkbox, click on Delete button.

After clicking on Delete button, a popup appears.

After clicking on Confirm button, the record will be deleted.

Candidate can return to the portal by clicking on Back to home.
