Psychometric Test

Go to Recruitment.

Go to Job Posting, Add or edit job post and add the PSCH Test ID and PSCH Test Name and save it.

Open the job details page.

Select a candidate and click on Action.

Click on the Share PSCH test. The recruiter can share the PSCH test with only one candidate at a time.

After performing the action, the recruiter can see the confirmation pop-up. Click on Yes.

After clicking on Yes, send an email notification to the candidate and update the current status to PSCH test shared in the tracker.

The candidate opens the link from the email and takes the test. After completing the test, the status changes to PSCH test submitted in the tracker, and the recruiter receives an email notification of the completed test. The recruiter can then download and view the test report.

The recruiter views the report and manually changes the status in the tracker to PSCH test passed or PSCH test failed.
