# Shared JD

Recruiters can share the job description with the single candidate or multiple candidates at a time.

Select candidates whom you want to share the JD with and click on **Action**.

Click on **Share JD**, when the recruiter performs the **'Share JD '** action, a popup should appear.

After the recruiter clicks '**yes,'** the system sends a job description email to the candidates, and an action-performed email is sent to the recruiter.
