# Orders
Click on the **Orders**
In My Orders, click on **+Order** to add a new order
On this page add customer, click on **fulfilled by**
A **list** will appear
Select the **mode of direct order** from the list.
As selected the customer & fulfilled by, add the **reason** for the direct order.
Add the **reason** and click on **+Product**
Add the **product**, and add the offer price if any
The product will be added to the product list
When an added product is in any scheme it will show in the **Scheme** tab
Check the applicable schemes
Apply the scheme
A green label will appear
Click on the view icon to check the scheme details
Check the details of the applied scheme
To delete the applied scheme, click on the delete icon, the applied scheme will be deleted
Once you apply the scheme if any, click on the save button to save the order
The latest order added for a customer will be shown first in my orders list.
Click on the View icon to view the order details
Order details will be shown in the View order
If a customer chooses not to add any products, add the reason for canceling the order and click on the Clear button to empty the list
Your list will be cleared
