Workflow Designer

A workflow designer is a tool that helps users visually create and manage sequences of tasks to achieve goals, offering graphical interface to design and automate workflows with specified conditions.

Go to Edit Workflow.

Choose automated Workflow.

Select the 'Trigger On' option when the user wants to trigger the workflow.

Enter App name and its description.

Select the category under which this app is visible.

Select either 'User' or 'Team' in permissions for those who want to raise a leave request.

Select either 'User' or 'Team' in permissions for those who want to give admin permission.

Select repository.

Go to Workflow Stages tab and click on +Stages to add stages.

Go to Notification Tab and select Email Notification option & click on OK.

After click on OK, Email Notification stage is added.

Enter Stage Name.

Click on Configure to configure email template.

Select 'Employee' or 'Approver' in the 'To' field to whom you want to send the email notification. Then, enter the subject and message.

Select the Approval stage if you want to send the leave request to the manager for approval.

Enter the stage name and select the manager if you want to send the leave request to the manager for approval.

Click on Finish to save workflow.
